Dr. Umair Gauhar discusses pleural fluid pressure, characteristics, epidemiology and pathophysiology of effusion. He spends a great deal of time teaching the approach to pleural effusion anatomy. Umair Gauhar, MBBS
Dr. Gauhar is an assistant professor of medicine in the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Louisville. He is also the co-director of the Interventional Pulmonary Program. He has interests in thoracic oncology.
