NANCY KUBIAK, M.D., FACP
Dr. Kubiak is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville. She is an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency and is a managing clinician for both the resident and faculty outpatient practices. She received training at Baylor, Colorado, and Mississippi. Her areas of interest are graduate medical education, faculty development, and improving quality of clinical care.
